The annual garden-themed gala is a delightful celebration that highlights a wide range of diverse arts, offering attendees a rich tapestry of creative experiences to indulge in. A Viper’s New Year 2023
The New Year's celebration was inspired by the vibrant energy of Harlem Nights, paying homage to the notorious "Vipers" of the early 1900s. Guests enjoyed live performances by a dynamic band, skilled saxophonist, and talented DJ, alongside a charming host. They indulged in the offerings of 420 vendors showcasing a variety of tinctures, complemented by a delectable dinner and fully stocked bar.
The ambiance was enhanced by floor-to-ceiling curtains and an enchanting transformation of the space. Attendees delighted in themed decor, bespoke newspapers, and the allure of an impressionist portrayal of the iconic Josephine Baker.
Guests indulged in a remarkable seven-course dinner prepared by the esteemed Black female chef, Raven Gueye. The culinary experience was enriched by live painting, vibrant beats from a talented DJ, and a selection of 420 tinctures.
The elevated dining decor provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening of exquisite flavors and artistic ambiance.

Soirée X Runway
The Midday Soiree presented Soirée X Runway II, a sophisticated fashion market and show dedicated to showcasing Black artists in the realm of fashion. The event boasted a cocktail hour, a dynamic two-part runway show, and a selection of luxury vendors. Attendees enjoyed access to a fully stocked bar, delectable food offerings, and captivating entertainment throughout the evening.
Guests had the opportunity to peruse various vendors and engage with photo booths, fostering connections with sponsors and fellow attendees. They savored light hors d'oeuvres and champagne while immersing themselves in live art and entertainment, creating lasting memories of a truly stylish affair.

We turned a simple bedroom into a vibrant and groovy-themed photo studio, ready for rent. With colorful custom murals adorning the walls, retro-inspired furniture, and funky props, the space exudes a playful and energetic atmosphere perfect for capturing memorable moments. From psychedelic patterns to vintage decor, every detail was carefully curated to transport photographers and their subjects to a nostalgic era of fun and creativity. Whether for professional shoots or casual snapshots, our groovy photo studio offers a unique backdrop that's sure to inspire and delight.

Lightning in a Bottle: Artclave 2022
As the stage managers for Lightning in a Bottle 2022, we was entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of overseeing the smooth execution of interactive art classes at one of the year's most electrifying festivals. Collaborating closely with organizers and production teams, we meticulously planned and coordinated all stage activities, from load-in to load-out. Throughout the event, we effectively communicated with performers, technicians, and stagehands, ensuring seamless transitions between acts and resolving any issues that arose swiftly and efficiently. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to safety, we maintained a secure environment on and around the stage, allowing artists to shine brightly while guests reveled in the unforgettable experience of Lightning in a Bottle.
